Jesus is enough

Today, I am bringing praise this praise report to you to praise and glorify His name along with me.  Last week, we went to a Hindu village in the part of my outreach ministry. There are around 500 houses and 2000 population is there. I and my team (10 more members) went to this village. This is villages is about 150 KMs from my village. This village do not have even good travelling facility, no good roads. I and my team started our journey on bus for few kilometres and from there we travelled on auto rickshaw for few more kilometres. And we waited for one hour in that place for a vehicle but there is no vehicle going on that road. There is a bus service in the evening to that village. We do not want to wait for hours. And started walking. We were singing and walking for 10 KMs. Even we walk 10 kilo meters we did not lose our strength. We are thankful to our for the strength He gave us. Finally, we reached the village. We started praying in the starting point of the village. And we asked our heavenly father to”make every heart soft and kind to hear what we are going to share in this village.”

God answered our prayers; He opened every heart in that village. We started singing a Telugu song which means “ Oh, my brother/sister listen once what we are say, Believe in Jesus, He will make your ways clear. Believe in Jesus, He will comfort your heart and cleanse yours sins...” We dance while we sing this song. People came out of their house and watched how we praise our God.  And few kids join us in dance. It was really great thing. We teach the song and dance to the kids. They were very interested to learn the song and dance. People invited us into their homes and asked us to prayer for their needs, sickness, debts, fertility, drunkard husband, strong house building and studies. Our hearts filled with great joy and prayed for their needs. We prayed in many Hindu house and two of them gave us little money for praying for them. Each of them gave us 10 Rupees. So, we get 20 Rupees and we used it for bought water packets for all of us. 

While we are singing and walking on a street, a lady who is about 58 years called us into her house and started crying. We did not guess why she is crying. We thought that she has a great sickness in her body that is why she is carrying so much. But she started sharing her pain, she has husband and children. Few months back she started believing in Jesus. Day by day, she was becoming strong in Jesus. It is great news isn’t it? Then the problem stated, her husband and children does not like believing in Jesus. Whenever she pray her husband use to beat her. They did not give her food for few days for praying Jesus. Her drunkard husband beat and holds her hair and drags her out of the home. Even though, she did not stop praying and believing Jesus. After she started believing Jesus, she became diabetic patient. Her family started disturbing her faith by saying, “You are became diabetic patient because you believe in Jesus. Jesus makes you diabetic patient”. Her family tried in many ways to turn her to false Gods but she does not lose her faith on Jesus. Finally, her family warn her “If you continue to believe in Jesus, you will not be a part (member) in my family”. This strong lady read to leave them. Her husband and children left her.

Now, she is living alone. Her husband and children are not taking care of her. Even though, still she is in Jesus. But, it has been hurting her. Living alone hurts her lot. But the faith on Jesus is greater than everything. She was crying, she did not asked to pray for their family come back to her. But she asked us to pray for family to believe in Jesus. It touches my heart. I started crying and hug her and comfort her and prayed for her family and sickness. Isn’t it a great testimony? We should have strong faith like her. Faith can move the mountains. I am asking you all please pray for her family.

 And few more families asked to come and visit their house weekly once.  We want to evangelize this village.  Our prayer is, we want to go to the village and will sing, preach and pray for them people in day times and in the night times we want to play Jesus movie on the street in the night. We will return home after show them Jesus movie even it is mid night. Please pray for all these needs and pray for us and encourage us to reach and preach in the villages.
